Shelley Bibbins was born in Los Angeles, California 1969 and later moved to Houston, Texas in 2000."A primarily self-taught artist, inspired by her passion to become a fashion designer, Shelley became a cosmetologist in order to earn money for design school.

Shelley began taking fashion design courses at Long Beach City College in 1993. She also added art and painting classes to her schedule."Inspired, Shelley visited the local art supply, bought a large canvas, brushes, and assorted acrylic paints.

Shelley's first painting was mounted above her futon. The first seed of a future collection was birthed. Friends and family adored the concept."Shelley thanks God for the gift to be creative and is tremendously blessed by the gift of many talents and her family, and friends
